摘　　要：目的 了解菌血症对GKT-5M Set动态真菌检测试剂盒的影响.方法 回顾性分析27例非侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）菌血症患者血培养当日（1,3）-β-D-葡聚糖结果.结果 27例非IFI的菌血症患者中8例（29.63%）为G试验阳性,其中革兰氏阳性菌感染的菌血症患者中4例G试验阳性（33.33%,4/12）,均为葡萄球菌属感染.革兰氏阴性菌感染的菌血症患者中4例（26.67%,4/15）G试验阳性,其中2例为铜绿假单胞菌感染病人,1例为鲍曼不动杆菌复合群感染病人.金黄色葡萄球菌、沃氏葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌复合群、铜绿假单胞菌、霍氏肠杆菌感染可引起（1,3）-β-D-葡聚糖检测阳性.结论 葡萄球菌属、铜绿假单胞菌等与GKT-5M Set动态真菌检测试剂盒有交叉反应,可能会引起G试验假阳性.Objective To observe the potential influence of bacteria infection on （1,3）-β-D-glucan （BG） detection by GKT- 5M Set Kit. Methods Results of plasma （1,3）-β-D-glucan concentration in 27 non-invasive fungal infection bacteremia at the same day of blood culture were analyzed retrospectly. Results Of 27 pafients,8 （29.63%）were BG positive. The positive rate was 33. 33%（4/12） in patient with gram-positive bacteremia,which were all infected by Staphylococcus spp. 4 of 15 gram-negtive bactermia showed positve results of （1,3） -β-D-gluean,2 were infected by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and 1 were due to Acinetobacter baumannii. Positive results of （1,3） -β-D-glucan were detected in bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus , Staphylococcus warneri , Staphylococcus epidermidis , Staphylococcus hominis , Acinetobacter baumannii , Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Hormaechei enterobacteria. Conclusion Some bactereia such as Staphylococcus spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed cross-reactivity with GKT-SM Set Kit. This might result in false positivity in bacteremia due to abovementioned bacteria.
