胱抑素C和β2-微球蛋白在中老年人体检中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨胱抑素C （CysC）和β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）在中老年人体检时诊断早期肾功能受损的价值.方法 测定483例有可能肾功能受损体检者（肾病相关组）和385例其他疾病体检者（非肾病相关组）的血清尿素（Urea）、肌酐（Cr）、尿酸（UA）、胱抑素C及β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）,并与212例正常人（对照组）比较.结果 肾病相关组体检者血清CysC,β2-MG含量明显高于对照组（P〈 0.01）,而非肾病相关组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,二者联检可提高敏感度.结论 在中老年体检时测定血清CysC和β2-MG对于及时发现早期肾功能损害具有极重要意义.Objective To study the value of cystatin C and β2-microglobulin in determination for diagnosis in early phase of damage of renal function in routine examination in the middle-aged and senile people. Methods Detected of serum urea, creatinine （Cr）,uric acid（UA）,cystatin C and β2-MG in 483 cases suspect of suffering from renal damage （renal diseases related group） and 385 cases suffering from other diseases group （non-kidney related disease group） and compared with that of 212 cases of normal people （control group）. Results The values of cystatin C and β2-MG in kidney diseases related group were markedly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 01）. The difference of values of these two items between the non-kidney diseases related group and that of the control group were not evident statistically （P〉0. 05）. Combined both serum cystatin C and β2-MG could increase the sensitivity. Conclusion In routine physical examination in the middleaged and senile patients,the determination of serum contents of cystatin C and β2-MG is very helpful in finding out the early damage of renal functions in these patients.
