摘　　要：目的 通过评价缩减D-II试剂用量后Sysmex CA-1500全自动血凝仪的检测性能,探索加强科学管理建设节约型实验室的新方法.方法 按美国临床实验室标准化委员会（CLSI）相关文件的要求,以正常范围的病人血浆混合血浆批内精密度试验,以质控血浆进行日间精密度试验,以高低浓度的病人标本进行线性和携带污染率试验;把乳胶试剂（DD·PL·Re）吸样量从150 μl/测试调到130 μl/测试,分析试剂用量减少前后的相关性.结果 D-II测定的批内变异系数均小于2%,日间变异系数均小于8%,线性范围为76～1 843 μg/L;携带污染率为-0.26%;D-II试剂减量前后检测结果的相关系数r为 0.999 1.结论 在保证仪器检测质量的前提下,可以通过调整检测系统的检测参数,缩减试剂用量,实现降低实验室运营成本的目的.Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex CA-1500 automatic eoagulometer after reduction in D-II reagent ,and explore ways to strengthen the scientific management on the construction of a new saving-laboratory. Methods According to the requirements of united states committee for Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute （CLSI） for repeatability,stability,linearity and associated with the reduction of the previous analysis by patients plasma. Results D-II measured both within-run and daily run coefficients of variations（CVs） were less than 2% and 8.0% respectively,the linear range from 76 μg/L-1 843 μg/L. The carryover rate was -0. 26%. The correlation coefficient r was 0. 999 1 between the results of the tests taken before and after reduction could be achieved under the premise of assurance testing lower operating costs of the laboratory, of D-II reagent from 150 μl/test to 130μl/test.
