摘  要:文章详细介绍了水口水电厂6 号主变压器过热性故障的综合判断与处理的全过程。在消除冷却器潜油泵故障、油箱磁屏蔽过热的基础上,最后查明为A 相低压线圈内部存在同电位并绕导线股间绝缘不良,造成短路而烧断导线。The whole process of superheating fault diagnosis and treatment of the 6\|th main transformer in Shuikou Hydropower Station is presented in detail. After clearing up the fault in the oil\|submersible pumps in the cooler and eliminating the superheating phenomena of magnetic shielding in the oil tank, a the cause of the fault which exists for three years in the phase A of lower voltage windings is found, in which some of the parallel\|wound wires are short ciucuited because of the defect of insulation, thus the superheating occurs.
