摘　　要：永磁装置是一种用于使水轮发电机静止励磁系统可靠快速起励的新型专利装置。文中阐述了其作用和特点，并分析了水轮发电机静止励磁系统的起励过程、发电机或系统发生事故时的快速灭磁过程，说明该装置可提高水轮发电机开机成功率和缩短开机时间，也不会影响事故发生时的快速灭磁。Permanent magnetic device. as a new type patent device, is used to ensure the hydroelectric generator to start its static excitation more reliably and more quickly. The function and characteristics of the permanent magnetic device are introduced. The process of the starting of static excitation system and the fast field suppressing process when fault occurs are analyzed. It proves that using this permanent magnetic device can improve the starting success ratio and can reduce the starting time of the excitation of hydroelectric generator. and has no influence on fast field suppressing under fault condition.
