摘  要:供给诱导需求现象是指医疗卫生服务提供者拥有并且利用他们的信息优势去影响需求以谋取利益,是在医疗服务市场化过程中形成的一种不良现象,同时也是医疗服务的基本特征。其直接危害是在浪费医疗资源的同时增加了患者的医疗费用,增加了医源性疾病。究其产生的原因,主要是医疗需求缺乏弹性、医患之间信息不对称、医生受利益的激励和缺乏有效的监督管理。而降低供给诱导需求现象发生的措施是在加强对医疗服务市场的监督的同时,引导消费者树立健康的医疗消费理念,并对医疗卫生服务提供者实行薪金制。The supplier-induced demand means that the providers of health services use the superiority of health information to influence the demand of patients and obtain benefits.It is an abnormal phenomenon shaped in course of health services marketed,meanwhile,it is also the basic features of health services.It increases patient's medical expense,wastes medical service resources,and increases iatrogenic disease.The reasons include lack of flexibility of medical demand,asymmetric information between doctors and patients,doctors inspired by the interests,and lack of effective supervision and management.And the measure to solve this problem is to guide the consumer to set up the health medical expense idea,strengthen the supervision of health services market,and implement the salary system for the providers of health services.
