摘  要:目的研究盐藻素对亚健康人群抗氧化作用和对血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法共收集亚健康患者72例,分为2组,一组给予盐藻素(35例),另一组给予番茄红素(37例),测定两组患者的抗氧化指标、血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子等,分析上述指标前后变化。结果盐藻素组血清C-反应蛋白降低、肿瘤坏死因子升高,与对照组差异无统计学意义;MDA降低程度、GSH-Px升高程度,与对照组比较差异具统计学意义。结论盐藻素可降低C-反应蛋白、升高肿瘤坏死因子、有明显的抗氧化作用。Objective To observe the anti-oxidative effect,the change of endothelin,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor of dunaliella salina on sub-health population. Methods The 72 sub-heahh patients were divided into two groups,which one group(n=35) was treated by dunaliella salina and another group (n=37)was treated by lycopene. Antioxidant index,endothelin, C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the change of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor between two groups. The decrease of MDA and the increase of GSH-Px in the group of dunaliella salina were significantly higher than the group of lycopene. Conclusion Dunaliella salina could decrease C-reactive protein and increase tumor necrosis factor. So it had a significant anti-oxidative effect.
