摘　　要：目的探讨游离腕掌浅静脉皮瓣移植修复手指离断伤血管合并皮肤缺损的可行性,为手指离断伤血管合并皮肤缺损的治疗寻找一种合适的治疗方法。方法于手指离断伤的同侧腕部寻找到纵行皮下小静脉,取合适的长度并以静脉为中轴线切取合适大小的皮瓣,深达深筋膜,静脉反向缝合于缺损的离断指固有动脉上,皮瓣正好覆盖皮肤缺损处。结果共进行36例手术,皮瓣及手指成活35例,1例因损伤严重,近端血管无动力而导致断指再植失败,最后行残端解脱术。结论腕掌浅静脉皮瓣是修复手指离断伤血管合并皮肤缺损的良好的复合组织移植供体。Objective To discuss the free light carpal palm vein flap to repair a finger injury from broken blood vessels of the skin defect of the feasibility of the merger, in order to break away from the finger injury vascular merger of the treatment of skin de- fect to find a suitable treatment. Methods Amputated finger injury on the same side of the wrist to look for longitudinal small subcu- taneous vein, check the appropriate length of the vein and to the right axis cut the size of the flap, the depth of deep fascia. Re- verse suture in the vein defect from the finger on the artery. Just cover flap of skin defect. Results Carried out a total of 36 cases of surgery, skin and fingers 35 cases survived. 1 cases because of injury severity, the proximal vascular unpowered caused the failure of replantation of severed finger, the last line stump relief operation. Conclusion Carpometacarpal superficial vein flap to repair the hand amputated vascular injury combined skin defect good composite tissue transplantation donor.
