下肢静脉瓣功能不全瓣膜的超声表现及解剖形态研究

摘　　要：目的研究根据下肢静脉瓣功能不全时彩色反流束的形态、部位、数量来判断瓣的形态结构。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒超声检查下肢静脉瓣功能不全患者61例,其中女17例,28条腿;男44例,58条腿,共86条腿。在限定的条件下进行观察:彩色反流束同一形态、同一部位、同一数量;彩色反流束不同形态、不同部位、不同数量及反流持续时间的长短与术后瓣膜解剖形态相比较。结果反流束形态不同、出现部位不同及数量不同,瓣膜形态各异;反流持续时间长短与瓣膜形态不相关。结论下肢静脉瓣功能不全患者反流束不同,瓣膜解剖形态相差较大,该研究对诊断下肢静脉瓣功能不全的瓣的解剖形态有较高的实用价值,为临床合理治疗提供依据。Objective To judge the structure of valve by researching the appearmlce,position and amount of the color regurgitant flow as venous valvular insufficiency in lower extremity. Methods 61 patients with venous valvular insufficiency were reservered by the two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography. The same appearance, the same part, the same amount of the color regurgitant flow, the different appearances,the different parts,the different amount the color regurgitant flow and the time were compared with the ap- pearance of the valve that was dissected by operation. Results If the appearances, the parts and amount of the color regurgitant flow were all different, the appearance of＂ the valvel was different too. The time of the color regurgitant flow was not connected to the ap- pearance of the valvel. Conclusion As the color regurgitant flow of venous valvular insufficiency in lower extremity was different,the appearances of the valve that was dissected differently. The research has higher practical value to diagnose the appearance of the valve that was dissected of venous valvular insufficiency in lower extremity and provides a basis for clinical reasonable treatment.
