复发性结节性甲状腺肿的再手术方式分析

摘　　要：目的总结结节性甲状腺肿术后复发再手术的经验。方法根据86例再手术患者复发的具体情况分成5类,完善术前检查,术前评估手术方式,及时处理并发症。结果本组患者全部治愈,无手术死亡;发生一过性低血钙并发症6例,暂时性声音嘶哑5例,呛咳1例。结论复发的结节性甲状腺肿经过充分的术前准备,严格掌握手术适应证,再手术是安全可靠的。Objective To sum up the reoperative experiences of benign thyroid tumor after recurrence. Methods Analysised and classified 86 cases into 5 sorts by their different recurrent conditions,perfect preoperative examination,evaluate operative approaches before operation,processed complications timely. Results There were 12 patients who suffered from complications including 5 cases of transient hoarseness, one case Of irritative cough, and 6 cases of transient low rerum calcium. No death case existed. Conclusion Strict restriction of thyroidectomy for patients with nodular goiter of recurrences and enough preoperative preparation could help to reduce the risk of operation.
