摘 要:为了在分子水平上探讨棉花叶绿素质量分数的遗传规律,利用重组近交系群体T586×渝棉1号的270个F2:7家系为材料,构建了包括604个标记和覆盖棉花基因组3 140.9 cM的重组近交系遗传连锁图谱;2007-2008年在西南大学歇马科研基地,用日本产叶绿素计(SPAD-502)测定亲本和家系的叶绿素质量分数;采用复合区间作图法(MQM),对棉花叶绿素质量分数进行数量性状位点(QTL)分析.检测到4个与叶绿素质量分数相关的QTL,分别位于第6,15,19和25染色体,其中有2个QTL在1个环境下检测到,解释表型变异的5.4%和4.6%;在2个环境下检测到2个QTL,解释表型变异的8.2%,4.8%,23.9%和14%.本研究的QTL定位将有助于叶绿素质量分数的精细定位和棉花高光效育种的分子标记辅助选择.In order to explore the genetic basis for the chlorophyll content of cotton at the molecular level,a mapping population of 270 F2∶7 recombinant inbred lines derived from T586×Yumian 1 was employed to map the quantitative trait loci(QTL)of chlorophyll content in cotton by the multiple QTL mapping method with MapQTL5.0 in two environments.A total of four QTLs were detected for chlorophyll content on Chromosomes 6,15,19 and 25,respectively,of which two were detected in one environment,which explained 5.4% and 4.6% of the phenotypic variation and the other two were detected in two environments,which explained 8.2%,4.8%,23.9% and 14% of the phenotypic variation.These results should be useful for the fine mapping of chlorophyll content-related QTLs and marker-assisted selection in high photosynthetic rate breeding program of cotton.
