摘 要:目的:研究补肾安胎方对肾虚流产模型大鼠子宫蜕膜上Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法:SPF级SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组15只。A组为肾虚流产模型组,用羟基脲加米非司酮灌服;B组为补肾安胎方干预组,用羟基脲加米非司酮加补肾安胎方水提液灌服;C组灌服生理盐水。酶联免疫法检测子宫蜕膜组织的Th1型细胞因子IL-2和Th2型细胞因子IL-10浓度。结果:3组子宫蜕膜IL-2、IL-10浓度和IL-2/IL-10比值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A、B组的IL-2显著高于C组(P均<0.01),A组与B组的IL-2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的IL-10显著低于C组(P<0.01),A组的IL-10显著高于C组(P<0.01),A组与C组的IL-10比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IL-2/IL-10比值比较A组显著高于B组(P<0.01),与C组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾安胎方能促进大鼠子宫蜕膜Th2型细胞因子IL-10的分泌,扭转Th1/Th2细胞因子病理性失衡,降低肾虚流产大鼠模型的流产率。Objective To investigate the effect of BUSHENANTAIFANG on Th1/Th2 cytokines in uterine decidua of abortion model rat with Kidney Deficiency.Methods SPF SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group A was the model of abortion with Kidney Deficiency and were given hydroxyurea and Mifepristone;Group B was experiment group treated with BUSHENANTAIFANG and were given hydroxyurea,Mifepristone and BUSHENANTAIFANG;Group C was given NS as control.IL-2 and IL-10 in Uterine decidua were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent methods(ELISA).Results There were significant differences of levels of IL-2,IL-10 and the values of IL-2/IL-10 in Uterine decidua among the above three groups(P 0.01).IL-2 of group A and group B were higher than that of group C(P 0.01),and there was no significant difference of IL-2 between group A and group B(P 0.05).IL-10 of group B was lower than that of group C(P 0.01),and IL-10 of group A was higher than that of group C(P 0.01),and there was no obvious difference of IL-10 between group A and group C(P 0.05).The values of IL-2/IL-10 of group A was higher than that of group B(P 0.01).Conclusion BUSHENANTAIFANG can promote IL-10 secretion in Uterine decidua of rat and adjust the values of IL-2/IL-10,and can decrease the abortion rate of abortion model rat with Kidney Deficiency.
