左-卡尼汀联合参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察左-卡尼汀联合参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:70例CHF患者被随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组给予常规西药治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用左-卡尼汀及参麦注射液,2组疗程均为14d,治疗前后心功能参数被观察以评价疗效。结果:与常规治疗组比较心功能参数LVDD、EF和SV左-卡尼汀组治疗前后均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:左-卡尼汀联合参麦注射液能明显改善患者的心功能,对充血性心力衰竭患者疗效显著。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Combination Levocarnitine with Shenmai Inj on the treatment for congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 70 cases of congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,control group and Levocarnitine treatment group.Patients of control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy.And patients of Levocarnitine treatment group were treated by Combination Levocarnitine with Shenmai Inj based on routine Western Medicine therapy.The thera peutic course was 14 days in two groups.Heart function parameters were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Results Heart function parameters such as LVDD,EF and SV in Levocarnitine treatment group were superior to those in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Combination Levocarnitine with Shenmai Inj have a definite effect on the treatment of congestive heart failure.It can obviously improve heart function of patients with congestive heart failure.
