摘　　要：结合滨州医学院附属医院电子病历系统建设实际,以电子病历系统为平台,运用持续质量改进(Continuous Quality Improvement,CQI)原则,从电子病历质量的实时、全程监控和关键医疗环节的质量控制两方面来探索实现医院医务工作管理的路径化、数字化、标准化,并以临床路径实施促进管理路径的实现,初步实现了医院医务管理工作的路径化。Based on the electronic based medical record system platform in affiliated hospital to Binzhou medical college and according to the principle of continuous quality improvement,by the two aspects of the medical records of quality real-time,full monitoring and the quality control of critical medical sectors,hospital medical work of achieving the path of the management,digitization,standardization are explored.It shows that clinical pathway can help implementing management path way.Hospital medical management path way is primarily shaped.
