浅议石油集团装备制造企业如何面向21世纪

摘　　要：从２１ 世纪前期的石油供需形势与技术发展方向着手， 探讨了２１ 世纪前期石油装备制造业的发展前景， 分析了石油集团装备制造企业出现暂时困难的原因。据此， 提出了“立足石油，面向社会”的发展构想与组建现代化石油装备集团的实施对策， 以及在石油集团装备制造企业进行重组与转制时建议考虑的８ 项具体举措。认为尽管目前尚存在一些暂时的困难， 今后也面对着激烈的市场竞争， 但只要选准发展方向， 制定出与之相适应的实施对策， 石油装备制造业的前途是光明的。Based on an analysis of the conditioin of oil supply and demand and the developing trend of technology, the prospects of the oilfield equipment manufacturing industry in the early period of the 21st century is investigated, and the factors causing difficulties in the operation of oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. Thereby concrete countermeasures and relevant suggestions are offered. The author thinks the difficulties are transient and can be overcome so long as the countermeasures are put into effect.
