摘　　要：针对航空兵后勤保障组织指挥效能评估中既包含定量指标,又包含定性指标,而对这些指标进行科学合理的统一评价目前存在很多难题,运用云理论对其进行研究。建立了航空兵后勤保障组织指挥效能评估的指标体系,提出用加权偏离度来衡量其与理想状态的偏离程度,给出了运用云模型进行效能评估的具体算法。通过一个评估实例及其结果分析,验证了该方法的有效性与可行性,较好地解决了航空兵后勤保障组织指挥效能评估中定性语言到定量值之间的转化问题。Effectiveness evaluation of aerial warfare＇s logistic support organization and command contains many quantitative and qualitative indexes,and there are many difficulties to evaluate these indexes reasonably.In order to solve these problems, the cloud model is proposed.Indexes system ,of aerial warfare＇s logistic support organization and command is erected.The algorithm of effectiveness evaluation based on cloud model is presented,and the evaluation result is given by cloud generator, theory of cloud model is introduced.One example is given,the sible to solve the transform between qualitative concepts and aerial warfare＇s logistic support organization and command. analysis of result proves that this method is effective and fea their quantitative expression in the effectiveness evaluation of
