国产乙苯脱氢催化剂的评价

摘　　要：通过对国产乙苯脱氢催化剂的综合考评，测定出催化剂在沸水和静水中钾的相对流失量和粉化度，并通过５ 吨／年的乙苯脱氢装置考评，得到了乙苯转化率和苯乙烯选择性随反应时间变化曲线。同时， 结合上述考评结果， 对催化剂的性能进行了分析，为苯乙烯车间选择合适的乙苯脱氢催化剂提供了依据。By using the 5 t/a equipment of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation,the changing curve of styrene selectivity and ethylbenzene translate rate with time in domestic catalyst were determined.The relative loss of potassium and powder rate of the three domestic catalyst in boiling water and normal temperature water were studied.According to the evaluating result in this paper,the performance of the three catalyst were analyzed,in order to select the optimum catalyst.
