摘 要:目的了解新生儿听力损失发病情况,以便进行早期干预。方法应用畸变产物耳声发射仪对2823例新生儿进行听力筛查,初筛未通过者42d左右复筛,复筛未通过者,行听觉脑干反应(ABR)检查,ABR未通过者转入北京同仁医院听力诊断中心进一步检查。结果初筛新生儿2823例,确诊听力损失(轻、中、重)8例,听力损失发病率2.83‰。重度损失发病率1.06‰。结论新生儿听力损失通过筛查,可以早期发现,早期诊断,进行早期干预可以提高听力损伤儿的言语发育。Objective To explore the present stage newborn loss of hearing morbidity situation of Guangyang District in Langfang,in order to carry the early intervention. Results Initially sieves the newborn 2 823 eXamples,the diagnosis loss of hearing (light, medium and heavy) 8 people, the loss of hearing disease incidence rate 2.83‰. Conclusion Guang Yangqu the newborn loss of hearing disease incidence rate 2.83 ‰,the specific weight toss disease incidence rate 1.06%, through sieves looks up, the newborn loss of hearing may the early time discover,the early diagnosis, carries on the early intervention, may enhance the hearing impairment spoken language growth.
