摘　　要：根据2006年版德国DIN5480渐开线花键标准中的规定,讨论了应用该标准设计花键联结的基本过程,对设计及计算中需要注意之处作了说明。文中给出了设计实例,为使用DIN5480标准设计花键联结提供了参考。According to the provisions of the German standaM of involute splines DIN5480 published in 2006, this paper discusses the basic approach to designing splines based on DIN5480. Several issues which should be aware of in the design and calculation are accounted for. In the end, a design instance is provided, which can be available for reference in the application of the DIN5480.
