摘  要:在大型蒸汽轮机组中,中压蒸汽通常经过中低压连通管进入到低压缸中。中低压连通管的作用是在最小的压损下将蒸汽从中压排汽口引入低压缸。由于蒸汽轮机机组整体结构布置问题,中低压连通管通常很长,并且蒸汽在连通管中流动至少要经历两次90°角折转。中低压连通管一般有两种结构形式,一种是每个弯角处设计有一组由许多叶片组成的导流叶片环,另一种是弯角处为无导流叶片环的弯管结构,通过对两种结构形式的连通管分析,选取其中安全性及经济性较好的弯管结构。In large turbines group,the steam is usually flowed into LP casing through cross-over piping.Function of cross-over piping is reducing the loss of pressure for the steam from IP casing to LP casing.Because of the overall structure layout of turbine.Cross-over piping is usually connected in a long,and steam in cross-over piping of flow through twice at least 90° of the corner.Cross-over piping is usually two types structure,one is every corners of cross-over piping designed a group link with the blade,and another is elbow structure without a group link with the blade in corners.Choose one of the security and economical better structure by analysis the two types of the cross-over piping structural.
