摘　　要：在市场经济条件控制下，随着物价的浮动和市场经济形势的变化，采油井的经济极限含水率和极限经济产量是两个主要的层系转换控制指标。这两个指标对每个油田和不同的具体情况不是一成不变的。除此之外，开发层系转换时机还受各个时期的工艺技术发展水平、挖潜层段含油丰度、经济和装备实力等诸多因素制约，河南双河油田的开发实践证明了这一点。With floating of oil prices and variations of market economic situation under the control of market economy, the economic limit water-cut and oil production are two prime controlling factors for series of strata conversion, which vary with different oilfields and concrete conditions. Beyond these, the development series of strata conversion are restricted by some factors,such as techniques developing level in every peried、oilbearing,abundance of potential layers、 economy and equipments. The development practices have proved this point in Shuanghe oil fied of Henan province.
