摘　　要：作为高等学校要想培养"有思想、有道德、有文化、有纪律"的高素质人才,就必须提高教师的素质。因为建设一支具有良好政治业务素质、结构合理、相对稳定的教师队伍,是实施、推动和发展学校教育教学工作的主要力量。作为教师,每一言一行都传递着不同的情感,都可能引起学生情感产生巨大的变化。因此,教师所具备的素质直接影响到学校的教学质量,影响到下一代的整体素质。Colleges and universities want to train high-quality talent with thought,morality,culture and discipline,we must improve the quality of teachers.Because building a team with good political quality,reasonable structure,stable teaching force is the main force to implement,promote and develop school＇s education and teaching.As a teacher,every word and deed all convey different emotions,which can cause a tremendous change in the students.Therefore,the quality of teachers has a direct impact on the quality of teaching in schools,affects the overall quality of the next generation.
