过敏性紫癜患儿血浆TFPI水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童过敏性紫癜(AP)血浆组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)的含量及其在病程不同时期的变化趋势。方法:选择AP患儿23例设为AP组,正常健康儿童23名设为正常对照组,分别检测其血浆TFPI含量并进行比较;将AP组病例给予基础治疗,于治疗前、治疗后14 d检测其血浆TFPI含量并进行分析比较。结果:①AP组血浆TFPI含量(59.639±24.568)ng/ml比正常对照组血浆TFPI含量(88.761±12.214)ng/ml明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.01);②AP组治疗后14 d血浆TFPI含量(71.209±23.055)ng/ml较治疗前(59.639±24.568)ng/ml升高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.01);显示随着时间延长,血浆TFPI呈升高趋势。结论:AP儿童血浆TFPI水平较正常儿童降低,随着病程延长呈上升趋势。Objective：To investigate the plasma levels of Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor（TFPI）in children with Anaphylactoid Purpura（AP） and its variation tendency in different periods.Methods： 23 AP patients were enrolled in AP group and 23 normal healthy children as controls.The plasma levels of TFPI were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in both groups.Applied for based treatment to AP group,the plasma levels of TFPI were measured before therapy and on the 14th day after therapy respectively.Results：①The plasma levels of TFPI in AP group（59.337±21.750 ng/ml） significantly lower than those of control group（88.761±12.214ng/ml）（P=0.0000.05）.②The plasma levels of TFPI（71.209±23.055 ng/ml） on the 14th day after therapy significantly higher than the before treatment（59.639±24.568 ng/ml）,difference are statistically significant（P=0.0000.01）;through analysis of variance,it showed a result： as well as time went by,The plasma levels of TFPI tend to increase.Conclusions：The plasma levels of TFPI in AP patients obviously decreased,which tend to increase with the course of disease.
