摘  要:目的:探讨蛋白S基因(PROS1)Pro626A/G多态性频率分布与新疆地区汉族人群肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)的关系。方法:选择100例新疆地区汉族PTE患者为PTE组,100名新疆地区汉族健康人为健康对照组,检测两组血浆蛋白S的活性,并利用质谱阵列分析技术搭建的MassARRAY技术平台检测PROS1 Pro626A/G多态性。结果:PTE组血浆蛋白S活性明显高于健康对照组(P﹤0.05)。PTE组与健康对照组AA、AG、GG基因型频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。等位基因G在PTE组与健康对照组的频率分别为90.0%、78.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与携带AA及AA+AG基因型者比较,携带突变的纯合子GG基因型者,发生PTE的相对危险度OR(95%CI)分别为0.364(0.032~4.111)、0.338(0.178~0.640)。结论:PROS1 Pro626A/G多态性和新疆地区汉族人群PTE的发生有一定关系,等位基因G尚不能作为PTE发生的独立危险因素。Objetive:To determine the prevalence of PROS1 gene Pro626A/G polymorphism in Han Chinese in Xinjiang region and to investigate whether it is associated with the risk of pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods: The activities of protein S in 100 Han Chinese patients with PTE as well as in 100 healthy Han Chinese as healthy control group was tested.MassARRAY technology was used to identify the polymorphism of PROS1 gene Pro626A/G.Results: The activity of plasma protein S in PTE group was obviously stronger than that in control group.It was indicated that there were significant difference in AA,AG and GG genotype frequency between PTE group and control group(P﹤0.05).The distribution frequency of allelomorph G in healthy control group and PET group was 90.0% and 78.5% respectively,which showed significant difference.Compared with the patients with AA and AA+AG genetype,those who are GG homozygotes had the relative risk OR(95%CI) of PTE as 0.364(0.032~4.111) and 0.338(0.178~0.640) respectively.Conclusions:PROS1 gene Pro626A/G polymorphism may be related to the morbidity of PTE among Han Chinese in Xinjiang region,though allelomorph G is not the independent risk factor of PTE.
