摘  要:以盐酸三乙胺-三氯化铝离子液体(Et_3N·H-AlCl_3)为催化剂,考察反应温度、苯和氯乙烷物质的量比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对苯和氯乙烷烷基化反应的影响,研究了离子液体重复使用性。GC-MS色质联用仪定性分析和气相色谱仪定量分析结果表明,在Et_3N·H-AlCl_3催化作用下,苯和氯乙烷烷基化反应在温度60℃、苯和氯乙烷物质的量比10:1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的10%和反应时间15 min的条件下,氯乙烷转化率达95.52%,乙苯选择性83.43%;离子液体可循环使用,重复使用4次,氯乙烷转化率和乙苯选择性均无明显变化。Et3 N · H-AlCl3 ionic liquid as the catalyst was used in alkylation of benzene with ethyl chloride. The influence of reaction temperature, molar ratio of benzene to ethyl chloride, catalyst dosage, reaction time and the reusability of the ionic liquid were investigated. The results of qualitative analysis by GC-MS and quantitative analysis by GC showed that ethyl chloride conversion of 95.52% and selectivity to ethyl benzene of 83.43% were attained under the the optimum condition as follows: reaction temperature 60 ℃, molar ratio of benzene to ethyl chloride 10:1 ,catalyst dosage 10% of the total mass of benzene and ethyl chloride, and reaction time 15 min. Et3N ·H-AlCl3 ionic liquid could be recycled,and the catalyst activity had no obvious change after repeated use for 4 times.
