摘  要:采用分离式环梁提升烟囱钢内筒时,钢内筒受力状态不同于其使用时,因而对钢内筒需要加固,同时还要保证吊装各构件的安全,但相关验算在规范和手册中均没有参考。本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件对这一吊装过程进行有限元模拟,分析了钢内筒、倒牛腿、环梁和下锚固垫板等主要构件的受力和变形特征,并与附壁式环梁模型进行了对比。分析表明,各构件应力较小,吊装过程安全可靠,多数构件具有较大的优化潜力。重力荷载在环梁上分布不均匀。当分离式环梁整体刚度相对于钢内筒大的多时,采用节点耦合的简化计算模型对结果影响并不大。分析结论对设计起到了一定的指导作用,实际吊装过程也证实了本分析的正确性。Sress state of internal steel tube in the installation process using separated circular beam is quite different from when it s under service,so steel tube steel tube should be reinforced and structure members also should be safe in the installation process.But few codes or books clarified the design method.Stress and deformation of main structure members are calculated in this paper based on finite element software ABAQUS,and another FEA model using uniform circular beam is also adapted in order to comparing with separated one.Analysis show that all members are safe since stress is very small,and most of the members have a large optimization potedtial.Gravity distributes mon-uniformly on the circular beam.When stiffness of circular beam is much greater then steel stacks,it makes little difference to results using simplified model.Conclusions based on FEA is useful for design reference,and installation process showed that analysis in the paper is right.
