三虎丸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：本文观察了90例类风湿性关节炎患者,三虎丸治疗组60例,总有效率95.0％,对照组30例,总有效率86.7％,两组的临床主要症状和体征的组间比较显示,治疗组好转程度优于对照组,其中关节肌肉疼痛、肿胀及关节功能比较组间差异显著;两组实验指标观察表明,治疗前后ESR、IgG、IgM等指标有显著改善,治疗前后有显著性差异;治疗组IgG、IgA、ESR治疗前后差值显著大于对照组。The article reported the observation on patients (90cases) with rheumatiod arthritis treated with Sanhuwang, The resuLts showed that the totall effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%, that of control was 86.7% .there was significant difference between two groups, the improvement of symptoms such as pain and edma of articulation and muscle,articulation function,etc in tre-actment group was significant better than that of control.The laboratory indexes such as ESR、IgG、IgM,etc in treatment group were obviously improved, there was significant difference between before treated and after treated, the effects were better than that of control.
