摘　　要：信息技术的发展和随之而来文献信息的多元化,要求图书馆不仅要做好信息服务,而且要做好知识导航的工作。介绍了信息服务和知识导航的相关内容,探讨了知识导航的实现策略以及如何发挥图书馆知识导航员的作用。The development of information technology andconsequent diversification of literature information require the library to do well information service and knowledge navigation work.This paper introduces some contents about the information service and knowledge navigation,probes into the implementation strategy of knowledge navigation,and discusses how to give full play to library＇s role of knowledge navigators.
