摘　　要：采用文献资料,综合分析等研究方法针对"举国体制"的重大贡献和存在的弊端,进行较为全面的分析,对奥运后中国竞技体育发展趋向进行理性思考,并提出奥运后"举国体制"创新的基本思路,旨在为有关部门和决策机关提供参考。By using the methods of comprehensive analysis and documentation and so on,this article analysed the important contributions and drawbacks of ＂the Whole Nation System＂,and rethinking on the trend of Chinese competitive sports after Olympic Games;and proposed innovation basic mentality of ＂the whole nation system＂,aiming at providing the reference for the related department and policy-making institution.
