摘 要:对1起近期发生的220kV交联聚乙烯(crosslinked polyethylene,XLPE)高压电缆中间接头故障情况进行了描述。通过对故障接头进行详细解体分析,认为环氧浇注材料入网前存在缺陷可能是造成接头故障的主要原因。为避免今后发生同类事故,提出应该从严格电缆验收管理及加强电缆运行中状态检测2个方面入手,特别是应在细化干扰分析策略、丰富现场检测手段及推进测试人员专业化等方面加大力度,并重点关注开展甚高频法(very high frequency,VHF)和超高频法(ultra high frequency,UHF)联合检测。The paper describes a recent failure of intermediate joint of 220 kV Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated cable.Through detailed disassembling analysis on the faulty joint,it is believed that existing disadvantages of epoxy resin casting materials before network access are major causes for joint failure.For the avoidance of similar accidents,the paper proposes strict management of cable acceptance and status monitoring in operation of cables.Particularly,effort in refining interference analysis strategy,enriching onsite inspection means and promoting professionalization of testers must be intensified;besides,attention should be paid to integrated inspection of very high frequency(VHF) and ultra high frequency(UHF).
