摘　　要：从高校图书馆发展视角探讨了"以人为本"的基本内涵,分析了"以人为本"中"人"的概念以及"人""本"之间的内在关联,探讨了高校图书馆如何坚持"以人为本",最大限度地满足读者对图书馆需要的问题。This paper discusses the basic innovations of people-based concept from the angle of university library’s development, and analyze the basic concept of the people and the inner relationship between the people and the base in people-based concept, and probes into the problem of how university library to insist on the people-based concept during its development to satisfy the needs of readers for the library to greatest extent.
