摘　　要：探讨了图书馆文献资源利用教育存在的问题,分析了对高校学生图书馆文献信息资源利用进行分层次培训的必要性,提出了分层次培训的措施,并就分层次培训中存在的主要问题提出了解决办法。This paper probes into some problems existing in the education on library’s literature information resource utilization, analyzes the necessity of carrying out the multi-level training of library’s literature information resource utilization for university students, puts forward some measures for carrying out the multi-level training, and puts forward some methods for solving the problems existing in multi-level training.
