摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆和院系资料室在传统管理模式下存在的问题,阐明了实现一体化建设的必要性和意义,探讨了高校图书馆和院系资料室实现一体化建设的对策。This paper analyzes some problems existing in traditional management mode of university library and college/department reference room, expounds the necessity and significance of implementing the integrated construction of university library and college/department reference room, and probes into the countermeasures for implementing the integrated construction of university library and college/department reference room.
