摘　　要：民营快递企业在我国得到了飞速的发展,但大多数民营快递企业对竞争情报不够重视,没有健全的竞争情报系统,并且缺乏竞争情报人才,获取情报的渠道和手段单一,情报能力低下。阐述了民营快递企业竞争情报的现状,分析了民营快递企业竞争情报需求的特点和竞争情报需求的内容。The private express delivery enterprises have developed rapidly in China, but most of the private express delivery enterprises do not pay enough attentions on competitive intelligence, have no perfect competitive intelligence system, and lack competitive intelligence personnel, and gain the information only through single channel and with single means, so, the Intelligence capability of private express delivery enterprises are lower. This paper expounds the present situation of the competitive intelligence of private express delivery enterprises, and analyzes the features and contents of the competitive intelligence demands of private express delivery enterprises.
