摘 要:目的探讨肾移植术后患者上臂仍保留有动静脉瘘的患者瘘侧腋下体温与对侧腋下体温的差异。方法对200例肾移植术后上臂仍保留有动静脉瘘的患者采用自身对照的方法,在稳定的环境条件下同时测量瘘侧和对侧腋下体温并加以对比。结果有动静脉瘘侧的腋下体温明显高于对侧,具有统计学意义(36.74±0.40 v.s.36.54±0.42,p<0.05)。结论对肾移植术后仍保留动静脉瘘的患者测量体温时应避免测量瘘侧腋下体温,应以非瘘侧腋下体温为准。Objective To compare subaxile temperature of the arteiovenous fistula side with that of the opposite side in patients with arteiovenous fistula in upper arm after kidney transplantation.Methods The study is a own control trail.Subaxile temperature of the arteiovenous fistula side and the opposite side were taken simultaneously in 200 patients with arteiovenous fistula in upper arm after kidney transplantation.Results Subaxile temperature of the arteiovenous fistula side is obviously higher than that of the opposite side(36.74±0.40 v.s.36.54±0.42,p0.05).Conclusion The subaxile temperature should be taken at the armpit without arteiovenous fistula in the homolat upper arm.
