摘　　要：针对潍坊市十笏园历史街区的开发再利用进行了探讨,结合其现状,分析了十笏园历史街区开发利用存在的问题和限制性因素,提出了保护与旅游、商业振兴并举的几项具体措施,以期促进十笏园历史街区的振兴。With an exploration on reusing historic district of Shihu park in Weifang city, combining with its status, it analyzes the problems existing in Shihu park exploitation and utilization and the limiting factors, and proposes several specific measures such as coexistence of protecting and tourism and commercial revitalization, with a view to promote the revitalization of Shihu park historic district.
