黄藤掌叶防己碱提取条件的探索

摘　　要：［ 摘要］ 　［ 目的］ 优化黄藤中掌叶防己碱的提取条件．［ 方法］ 通过多水平的对比实验优化各提取条件．［ 结果］ 冰醋酸溶液２０ｍＬ／Ｌ时产品得率为１０－８ ％ ，浸渍时间在２４ｈ 时的得率为１１－０ ％ ， 提取液碱化条件为ｐＨ１０ 时产品得率为１１－３ ％ ， 氯化钠用量为１１ ％ 时产品得率为１１ ．８ ％ ，以上条件综合实验结果产品得率可达１２－１ ％ ．［ 结论］ 黄藤中掌叶防己碱的提取条件：提取溶剂为２０ｍＬ／Ｌ 醋酸溶液，浸渍时间为２４ｈ ，提取液碱化条件为ｐＨ１０ ，氯化钠用量为１１ ％ ．OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction conditions of palmatine in the Fibraturea tinctoria Lour.. METHODS To optimize the extraction condition using comparative test of multi level. RESULTS The extraction solution is 20mL/L ice acetic acid , the yield is 10.8%; the macerative time is 24 hours,it is 11.0%; the alkalization condition of extraction solution is pH10 , it is 11.3%; the quantity of sodium chloride is 11% of the volume of extraction soution, it is 11.8%. To compare all the extraction conditions the best yield is 12.1%.CONCLUSIONS The extraction conditions:the extraction solution is 20mL/L acetic acid, the macerative time is 24h,the alkalization condition of extraction solution is pH10 and the quantity of sodium chloride is 11% of the volume of the extraction solution.
