摘 要:目的探讨脑红蛋白(NGB)在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的表达与分布。方法将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和糖尿病组。糖尿病组大鼠采用链脲佐菌素一次性腹腔内注射建立糖尿病模型。定期处死大鼠,应用免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠视网膜组织中NGB的表达变化。结果糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的NGB分布逐渐增加后趋于稳定。结论 NGB在糖尿病大鼠视网膜表达较对照组明显增加,提示NGB可能在糖尿病状态下为视网膜神经细胞供氧,减轻糖尿病视网膜缺氧造成的损害。Objective To explore the neuroglobin ( NGB ) expression in retina of diabetic rats. Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and diabetic group. Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ( STZ ) in diabetic group. The immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expres- sion of neuroglobin ( NGB ) in retina of each group at different time. Results The expression of NGB increased gradual- ly in retina of diabetic rats, then the tendency to be stable. Conclusions A considerable increasing expression of NGB were found in diabetic group compared to control group. The study hints that NGB may supply oxygen to the retinal neu- rons at the condition of diabetes, and lessen the injury due to hypoxia in the diabetic retina.
