摘  要:[ 目的] 研究老年人糖尿病患者脑循环动力学检测的临床意义.[ 方法] 利用脑血管血液动力学分析仪,将70 例老年人糖尿病患者分为伴高血压组和非伴高血压组,检测脑血管血液动力学参数指标,与老年正常组脑血管血液动力学参数进行对比.[ 结果] 伴高血压组和非伴高血压组与老年正常组相比,最小血流速度、外周阻力、动态阻力无显著性差异;平均血流量有显著的差异,颈动脉平均、最大、最小血流速度、脉搏波速、特性阻抗、外周阻力、临界压力均有非常显著差异.[ 结论]微循环障碍和脑血管调节功能的减退是老年人糖尿病患者早期脑血管主要病变,最小血流速度、外周阻力、动态阻力这3 项参数是对老年人糖尿病患者早期脑血管病变评价的科学依据.高血压是糖尿病患者导致脑卒中的高危因素.OBJECTIVE To study the clinic significance of detection in cerebral cyclicdynamics in senile diabetes.METHODS 70 cases of senile diabetes were divided into diabetes with hypertension group and without hypertension group, the parameter indexes of cerebrovascular hemodynamics were detected, and compared with those in the senile normal group. RESULTS There is significant difference in Vmin, Rv and DR comparing three groups, and there were significance difference in Qmean , carotid, Vmean, Vmax, Vmin and Wv, Zcv, Rv, CP between diabetes with hypertension group and without hypertension group.CONCLUSIONS The early expression of cerebrovascular pathologic changes of senile diabetes is the disturbance of microcirculation and attenuation of cerebrovascular regulatory function. Vmin, Rv and DR are the estimated basis of the early cerebrovascular pathologic changes of senile diabetes hypertension is the danger factor of cerebral apoplexy to diabetes.
