病毒性脑炎血浆和脑脊液中降钙素基因相关肽的变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：［ 目的］ 探讨病毒性脑炎时降钙素基因相关肽的变化及临床应用价值．［ 方法］ 选用放射免疫分析方法检测病毒性脑炎血浆和脑脊液中降钙素基因相关肽含量的变化．［ 结果］ 病毒性脑炎患儿１ ～３ｄ 时脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽显著低于对照组，有显著性差异．而７ ～１０ｄ 时高于对照组，但无显著性差异；血浆降钙素基因相关肽无显著变化．［ 结论］ 降钙素基因相关肽对脑细胞有保护作用，而病毒性脑炎早期使用促进降钙素基因相关肽分泌的药物或外源性降钙素基因相关肽可能有重要治疗作用．OBJECTIVE To detect the change of contents of calcitonin gene related peptide in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in children with viral encephalitis and its clinical significance for treatment.METHODS The contents of calcitonin gene related peptide in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in 18 cases of viral encephalitis were measured by using radio immunoassay.RESULTS The contents of cerebrospinal fluid calcitonin gene related peptide in viral encephalitis group at 1～3d stage are significantly lower than those in normal group, but , at 7～10d stage are only slightly higher than in normal group.The contents of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide in viral encephalitis are not significantly than those in normal group. CONCLUSION It may be a effective method to use external calcitonin gene related peptide or drug of stimulating central nervous system to produce calcitonin gene related peptide to viral encephalitis.
