摘  要:目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)在胆囊收缩素(CCK)调节犬Oddi括约肌(SO)舒张的通路中发挥的作用。方法打开犬十二指肠后逆行插入测压管至胆总管及SO,测定SO压力及CCK与NO对其产生的影响。结果 NO与生理剂量(20 ng/kg)CCK合用后舒张SO的效应,相比单独注射CCK增强,却与单独使用NO无异;而与药理剂量(100 ng/kg)CCK合用后,相对降低了SO的运动性,但不能改变其快速兴奋SO的趋势。结论 CCK存在着兴奋和抑制SO的两种作用途径,而NO作为一种非肾上素腺能非胆碱能神经(NANC)的递质,可能在CCK的舒张通路中起到了重要作用。Objective To investigate whether cholecystokinin(CCK) could contribute to the relaxation of sphincter of Oddi(SO) through nitric oxide(NO).Methods The beagle dog's experiment was established with manometry catheter inserted into the common bile duct and sphincter of Oddi retrogradely through the opened duodenum,measuring the SO motility and its response to drugs respectively by manometry.Results Compared with physiological dose of CCK(20 ng/kg) used separately,the effect of SO's relaxation was more intensive when using NO together with CCK(20 ng/kg).However,there's no difference between using the admixture and NO.Although sodium nitroprusside(SNP) dripped with injection of CCK(100 ng/kg) could reduce SO's motility relatively,but the trend of rapid contraction of SO caused by large dose of CCK did not change.Conclusion The results suggest that NO relaxes beagle dog's SO as a transmitter of non-adrenergic non-cholinergic nerve,which probably plays an important role in the path of CCK's relaxation.
