氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄的疗效。方法:将405例早泄患者分为治疗组(205例)和对照组(200例),两组患者均服用氯丙咪嗪,治疗组同时服用复方玄驹胶囊。治疗4周后比较两组患者早泄的治疗效果。结果:治疗4周后治疗组患者早泄的治愈率和改善率分别为21.9%和56%,均显著优于对照组(均P=0.002)。结论:氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄有明显疗效。Objective ： To observe the effect of clomipramine combined with compound Xuanju capsule on treatment of the premature ejaculation. Methods： Four hundred and five patients with premature ejaculation were divided into treatment group （n = 205 ） and control group（ n = 200）, both were treated by clomipramine but the treatment group was given the compound Xuanju capsule in addition. After 4 weeks, comparisons were made of the sexual satisfaction be- tween the two groups. Results： The cure rate and the improvement rate of premature ejacutalion were 21.9% and 56% respectively in the treatment group, significantly higher than in the control group （all P = 0.002）. Conclusion： Clomipramine associated compound Xuanju capsule is efective to treat the patients with premature ejaculation.
