摘  要:目的 :研究了低规格药物福莫特罗干糖浆的含量测定。方法 :采用高效毛细管电泳柱上富集的方法进行测定。电压进样 ,1 0kV ,2 0s,运行电压 2 0kV ,运行缓冲液为 80mmol·L- 1磷酸盐缓冲液 ( pH 3 0 ) ;检测波长为 2 0 0nm。 结果 :福莫特罗浓度在 0 2 5~ 2 0 μg·mL- 1之间线性关系良好 ,r =0 9993 ,n =6;平均回收率为 1 0 0 8% ,RSD =1 5% ,n =5;日内和日间的RSD分别为1 1 % (n =5)和 3 5% (n =3 )。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,样品柱上富集 2Objective:To study the method for quantitative determination of formoterol dry syrup Methods:A capillary electrophoresis (CE)with head-column field-amplified stacking was selected to determine the content A short water plug was introduced into the inlet of the capillary and then the sample solution was injected with an electrokinetic mode to enhance the sensitivity The running buffer was 80 mmol·L -1 phosphate buffer(pH 3 0),running voltage was 20 kV Chlorcyclizine hydrochloride was selected as internal standard Results:For formoterol the linear range was 0 25~2 0 μg·mL -1 , r =0 999 3 The average recovery was 100 8% with RSD =1 5%( n =5) The limited of quantitation was 30 ng·mL -1 The intra-day precision was 1 1%( n =5)and inter-day precision was 3 5%( n =5) Conclusions:The method was proved to be simple,precise and reproducible The sample was stacked on the column 260-times
