复方替硝唑栓的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :增加替硝唑临床应用的剂型 ,满足妇科治疗滴虫性阴道炎和细菌性阴道炎的需要。方法 :采用半合成脂肪酸甘油酯为基质 ,以替硝唑和氧氟沙星为主药 ,按照制备栓剂的一般方法制备复方替硝唑栓。结果 :所得制剂疗效确切 ,无刺激性 ,且质量可控。结论 :复方替硝唑栓是值得临床推广的制剂。OBJECTIVE:To extend clinical application of preparations of tinidazole,and satisfy the needs of gynecologic treating trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis.METHODS:Semi synthetic glyceryl stearate is used as exipinet.The main ingredient of suppository contains tinidazole and ofloxacin.The suppository is prepared according to the ordinary method of mannufacturing.RESULTS:The effect of suppository is good and no stimulution to mucosa.Its quality can be controlled.CONCLUSION:It is worth expanding in the clinic.
