头孢吡肟治疗院内获得性肺炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :评价头孢吡肟治疗院内获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :4 2例患者 ,包括治疗组 1 8例和对照组 2 4例 ,分别应用头孢吡肟和头孢他啶 ,剂量为 2g/次 ,bid ,均为静脉给药 ,疗程 8～ 1 0d。结果 :头孢吡肟和头孢他啶的临床有效率分别为 94 .4 %和 91 .4 %,细菌清除率为 90 .9%和 78.9%,无明显不良反应。结论 :头孢吡肟和头孢他啶均为治疗院内获得性肺炎有效和安全的抗生素。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Cefepime in the treatment of nosocomial pneumonia.METHODS:Forty two patients were prospectively randomized to receive Cefepime (18 patients )or ceftazidime (24 patients).Antibiotics in both the test and the control groups were given intravenously with the dosage of 2g every 12 hours for 8～10days.RESULTS:The overall efficacy rate of Cefepime and ceftazidime were 94.4% and 91.4% respectively.The bacterial clearance rate were 90.9% and 78.9% respcetively.CONCLUSION:Cefepime and ceftazidime were safe and potent antibacterial agents in the treatment of nosocomial pneumonia.
