不同煤尘对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞分泌PGE_2的影响

摘　　要：对灌洗的肺泡巨噬细胞（ＡＭ） 加入不同品位的煤尘共同培养后， 不同时点测定其上清液中前列腺素Ｅ２ 的水平。结果表明， ４ ｈ 时， 无烟煤组较对照组有显著性差异， 而其他煤尘组， 只有在高浓度时才与对照组显示出差别； ２４ ｈ 时， 各煤尘组与对照组差异显著， 无烟煤与肥煤组之间差异较为显著。作者认为， ＰＧＥ２ 在煤工尘肺发生过程中起着重要的作用。Thecontentsofprostaglandin E2 (PGE2) were assessedinthesupernatantofalveolar macrophagesof rats exposed to three different coal dusts. The results showed that the contents of PGE2 in coaldust groups weresignificantly higherthan thosein the controlgroup . And thereexisted a dose dependentrelationship between theconcentration of dust and the content of PGE2 . Itsugges ted that PGE2 may play an importantrolein the development ofcoal workers○pneumoconiosis.
