甲基丙烯酸甲酯对雄性大鼠生殖功能的影响

摘　　要：通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯染毒的雄鼠精子畸形试验、精子计数、活动精子百分率的检查、睾丸和附睾的脏器系数及光、电镜病理学检查以及血清睾酮（Ｔ） 、黄体生成素（ＬＨ） 的检测， 研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯对雄性大鼠生殖功能的影响。实验结果表明， 中、高剂量组（１－６８ ｇ／ｋｇ 和２－８０ ｇ／ｋｇ 组） 的精子数明显减少而精子畸形率明显增高； 高剂量组的活动精子百分率下降， 且染毒雄鼠的体重增重减少， 睾丸脏器系数显著下降， 血清Ｔ 下降； 中剂量组的血清ＬＨ 明显升高。提示甲基丙烯酸甲酯对雄鼠生殖功能有损害作用。Effects of methyl methacrylate ( MMA) on thereproductivefunction werestudied by the sperm abnormalitytest,totalsperm count,the percentage ofsperm mobility ,theserum contentofluteinizing hormones (LH) and testosterone (T) as wellastesticularand epididymalviscera coeffi cientand electron micrograph in male rats. The results showed that the rate of sperm abnormality wasincreased and total sperm count was significantly less in the experimental groups administeredwith 1-68 g/kg and 2-80 g/kg of MMA. The percentage of sperm mobility, the testicular visceracoefficientas well as the serum content of T were all decreased in high dose group of 2-8 g/kg of MMA. The serum contents of LHwereincreasedin group of1-68 g/kg of MMA. Statisticalresults showed significant difference between treated groups and negative control group ( P< 0-05 or P<0-01) . It could be concluded that MMA may affectthereproductivefunction of male rats.
