摘 要:目的 探索磁场对4℃保存血液的保护作用。方法 采集10例健康献血者的血液以枸橼酸-枸橼酸钠-葡萄糖(ACD)溶液防凝并于4℃保存。磁场组每隔12h放置于40mT的磁场中处理12h,在血液保存的35d期间,于当天及每7d测定红细胞ATP,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血浆游离血红蛋白。结果 磁场组的ATP浓度和SOD活力在第7d至第35d明显高于相应的对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001);磁场组的游离血红蛋白浓度在第14d至第35d明显低于相应的对照组(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论 用磁场处理4℃保存的血液,能改善贮存红细胞活力,减轻红细胞膜损伤和功能改变,并将ACD溶液保存血液的有效期限延长2周时间。Objective To investigate the protective effects of magnetic field on erythrocytes in blood preserved in ACD solution and stored at 4 ℃.Methods The whole blood was collected from ten healthy donors.It was stored at 4 ℃ for 35 d and the samples of the magnetic field group was treated by 40 mT magnetic field for 12 h at intervals of 12 h during 35 d.ATP content in erythrocytes,free hemoglobin content in plasma and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in erythrocytes were measured on 0,7,14,21,28 and 35 d.Resultes The ATP levels and the SOD activity in the magnetic field group were higher than those in the control group from 7 to 35 d(P< 0.01 or P< 0.001 ).The free hemoglobin level in the magnetic field group was lower than those in the control group from 14 to 35 d(P< 0.01 or P< 0.001 ).Conclusions The method of treating blood stored at 4 ℃ with magnetic field can not only obviously improve the vitality and reduce the damage of cell membrane and the change of functions of erythrocytes but also prolong storage of ACD blood to two weeks.
