单纯性肥胖儿童血压与内源性洋地黄样因子关系的初步研究

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析技术检测７８ 例不同体重指数（ＢＭＩ） 小儿血清内源性洋地黄样因子（ＥＤＬＦ） 浓度， 结果表明中， 重度肥胖儿童ＥＤＬＦ水平显著升高（ Ｐ＜０－０５）， 肥胖儿童的血压明显高于对照组（ Ｐ＜０－００１） ， ＥＤＬＦ水平与收缩压呈正相关（ｒ１ｓ ＝０－４５８，Ｐ＜０－０５）， 与ＢＭＩ呈正相关（ Ｐ＜０－０５） ， 与舒张压不相关。认为肥胖儿血ＥＤＬＦ升高在肥胖儿血压升高的过程中可能起重要作用。Serum concentrations of endogenous digitalis-like factor (EDLF) were measured in 78 children with different body mass index(BMI) by radioimmunoassay.Results:The level of EDLF increased significantly(P<0 05) in moderate and severe obese children. The level of EDLF correlated positively with systolic blood pressure (r’ s=0 458,P<0 05),and BMI (P<0 05),but not with diastolic blood pressure.The blood pressures of obese children were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0 001).We concluded that the rise of EDLF might play an important role in the increasing course of blood pressure in obese children.
