摘  要:研究盐酸小檗碱的溶解度及脂水分配系数,为开发新型的小檗碱制剂提供理论数据.以平衡法测定盐酸小檗碱在不同pH磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶解度以及在正辛醇-缓冲液中的分配系数.盐酸小檗碱在磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶解度随pH的增大而增大,pH为12时出现峰值1.807 mg.ml-1.当pH为13时,在正辛醇-缓冲液分配系数最大,为48.97.盐酸小檗碱在不同pH缓冲液中的溶解度及油水分配系数相差较大.The dissolubility and partition coefficient of berberine hydrochloride was studied to find out a new dosage form of berberine.The dissolubility of berberine hydrochloride in buffer solution was determined with different pH,and the n-octanol/buffer partition coefficient was obtained with the method of balance-dissolubility.The dissolubility of berberine hydrochloride increased as the pH of buffer rose,and when pH was 12,the dissolubility of berberine hydrochloride was biggest,up to 1.807 mg·ml-1.When pH was 13,the distribution coefficient was 48.97,which was the biggest.The dissolubility and distribution coefficient of berberine hydrochloride is significantly different along the buffer with different pH.
